Get huge n shredded again - week 14 - day 5 Shoulder focus

Week 14 of the 18 week shred plan.

900g of carbs refeed day. My energy was super low today and I struggled a bit today with motivation. Although this is keeping me accountable.

Cheat meal tonight so that will help give me a feeling where I don’t have to track and enjoy a nice meal today.

No rucking today and my steps will be low as I try to give my body a wee break when it’s high day.

Good news was this week I was 207 pounds this morning fasted. I’ve got 7 pounds to go before I make my body weight target of 200 pounds. My weight will go up in response to my carb intake being high today but it’s from water mostly. But I’ll bring that back down for next week and hopfully I’ll still keep losing.

I’ve got a quad focus leg day ahead of me so I’m resting as much as I can for that. I should be in a good place as my glycogen and energy should be replenished. This is probably the hardest I’ve ever trained so far and I’m pushing as hard as I can to get my body comp in a better place.

My routine doesn’t change as I follow the progressive overload model where I track my progress with either gaining a rep or a weight increment.
