1 cup spinach
¼ cup mixed nuts
2 tbsp mashed avocado
¼-½ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
2 boiled eggs
½ cup chopped cucumber
8oz salmon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp herbs
