How to make a painted frame jewelry organizer with wire

1. Purchase a picture frame or reuse an older vintage picture frame

2. Remove staples and glass

3. Paint your frame back first then front

4. Cut and trim 1/4 inch hardware cloth to fit your frame keeping one row of overlap

5. Fold shorter sides of frame first using a straight edge

6. Cut 2x2 squares off each corner of your frame

7. Fold the remaining two sides making sure to double check measurements of the wire

8. Put folded wire in frame and staple

9. Measure, mark, and install sawtooth hangars

10. Install felt pads on the back corners of the frame to prevent scratches to your wall from the frame and earrings.

11. Measure and hang on your wall.

12. Hang your earrings up and you’re done.
