HORIZONTAL/PLANK SHRUGS

This is a great flexion exercise I call it "HORIZONTAL SHRUGS" that I always do after I do my shoulder routine & tricep push-up routine. And it works the full shoulders & upper back muscles. (As you can see)

When doing this exercise you must squeeze for a 1 second hold, and squeeze at the bottom of the exercise as well for a 1 second hold.

Perform 3 Sets of 100 Reps of this exercise. Rest 30-45 Seconds between each set. Trust me this looks easy but it's not.

NOTE: You can also do this exercise with a weightvest to build more muscle but lower the Rep range.
