HITMAN - Elusive Target - The Guru

I've been waiting for this since the release day of episode 2. The city hall area is so large and intricate yet there's absolutely nothing in there to do with the story mission. I knew there had to be some future use for it, and when elusive targets became a thing I knew one would take place in there and allow an accident kill with the chandelier. Here it is.
