Miss Continental Plus Step Down - Darcel Stevens currently resides in Orlando, Florida where she was the long-running entertainment director for the Parliament House Resort. During her tenure at PH she mentored prominent entertainers including Jazell Barbie Royale, Sassy Devine, Shantell D'Marco, Armani Stevens and many others. As PH entertainment director, Darcel ensured that the PH employed numerous performers from the LGBTI community throughout the years. She is an icon of the community. Her pageant titles and awards include Miss Continental Plus 2019, Miss Large and Lovely 2007, and Emeritus Miss National at Large 1999.
