Fixing an XBOX ONE that won't power on (Makes noise but no light) (Easy fix)

Here is me fixing an xbox that makes noise when pressing the power button, But does not light up or power on the console
if you can't be bothered watching the video read this:
Insert a disc into the console, if it doesn't pull the disc in pull out the power and plug it back in, then insert the disc.
