Throttle cable replacement (2004 Ford Escape)

Replacing the throttle cable on a 2004 Ford Escape 3.0L V6 engine.
Also includes, Mazda Tributes and Mercury Mariners. Applies to any model and year that has a cable-activated throttle body and V6 engine. 4 cylinder engines have different retaining brackets and clips, but the procedure is basically the same.

Points of interest:
Disconnect cable from throttle body 2:15
Install cable onto throttle body 15:00
Disconnect cable from gas pedal rod 3:20
Install cable onto gas pedal rod 14:04
