Sounds of Heart Failure - MEDZCOOL

Acute decompensated heart failure can present with a constellation of symptoms such as shortness of breath, rales on auscultation of the lungs, and the presence of S3 and S4 heart sounds. Patients are typically in some degree of respiratory discomfort and can acutely deteriorate requiring hospitalization.
