Ritchie, Laura, Howell and Hardy were the best partners, and all four of them dreamed of becoming the world's best gyro players. One day after learning that Professor Galerio was going to hold a dino gyro competition, the four decided to team up together. During the competition, they fought together and helped each other, and constantly beat their opponents. But soon they found out that a group of players led by Galerio had used prohibited parts to strengthen their dinos so as to win. In order to stop them, the four fought against them. Finally, they defeated Professor Galerio and successfully won the competition and realized their dream.

主人公心奇拥有一只名为霸王龙的爆龙，他们每天过着吵吵闹闹却欢乐的生活。他和罗拉、小豪和海月是最好的伙伴，他们四人都梦想成为世界第一爆龙陀螺选手。在某天得知加勒雷奥博士要举办一场爆龙陀螺大赛后，四人决定一起组队参赛。在比赛的过程中，他们一路努力奋战，携手合作，互相帮助，共同成长，不断击败对手。
但很快他们发现有一群以加勒雷奥为首的选手为了胜利不择手段，居然使用一种叫“黑暗零件”的违禁品来强化自己的爆龙，而这种零件会导致爆龙暴走，对城市造成破坏。为了阻止他们，心奇四人挺身而出，与之对抗，最终他们依靠团结的力量击败了加勒雷奥博士一伙，并成功赢得了冠军，实现了梦想。
