Relaxing Week In The Food Forest Garden + Preserve Tomatoes The Easy (lazy?) Way 🥑🍅🥕🥬

Hi! Thanks for stopping by this video. I'm not sure of the exact purpose of this one, other than relaxing and chatting our way through the garden. I show you what we have growing this week, and also show you how I am preserving some of our tomato harvest the easy way. I'm not really in the canning spirit just yet, so we are doing what we can to save tomatoes without pulling out the ole canner. Yay!

🍅For The Lacto Ferment
Just remember that the brine ratio is 1TBS Salt (pure salt) to 1 Cup Water - no matter the vessel size ( scale up or down).
Also fill your jars with enough brine to cover whatever you are fermenting (tomatoes or other veggies) and weight them down if they start to float.
