T'ang Court - a 3 Michelin Star sleeping pill...

The folks at Michelin have been applauded of late for being more open and recognising cheaper places as worthy of a mention, or even awarding a 1 star rating... But it still seems that to garner 3 stars it has to lean French in terms of flavouring, presentation and atmosphere.

T'ang Court is located in the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong. It is professional, shows outstanding chef skills, great service, plush decor... it felt like a warm bath. Relaxing, but in no way exciting.

Some of the dishes were great - but for me - this was not a great Cantonese meal.
