This year's Mo Ibrahim Prize for Achievement in African Leadership has been awarded to the former Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Mo Ibrahim is the Sudanese-born billionaire businessman behind the prize and the foundation that recently organised high-level discussions in Kigali on good governance and public service.
