Last week we looked at the Troubled History of Six Flag's Magic Mountain's Superman: The Escape. The first to try and reach 100 mph on a coaster. It wasn't the first however and just a couple of weeks before another Intamin Shuttle Coaster opened in Australia. Tower of Terror would take the record for the worlds fastest and tallest roller coaster. A feat Six Flags would claim for their own. Over the years the ride became unreliable and after a backwards relaunch eventually closed. Dreamworld was once home to a record-breaking Australian roller coaster. A Roller coaster that actually was the first to reach 100 mph.
