Who is GENO?

Geno appeared as a Mii Fighter outfit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and some may not know who he is or where he comes from. With the new Mario RPG game coming out soon, here's some info about his origins, why Geno is not currently in Smash, and why he should be in Smash 6.
