The Conversation: George Thorogood & Jared James Nichols

The Conversation, a Gibson TV Original Series, gives two artists from similar genres and different generations the chance to sit down and discuss each other's journey through music. In this episode, blues-rock guitarist and singer Jared James Nichols sits down with legendary music veteran George Thorogood for a one-on-one conversation that reveals the story behind the hit song “Bad to the Bone,” what it was like on the infamous 50/50 Tour, and the makings of a great guitar player.

About Jared James Nichols:

The Wisconsin-born, Nashville-based guitarist got his first guitar at 14 years old and was onstage almost immediately after. He found himself practicing for twelve hours every day and hitting up the local jams, eventually sharing the stage with legends including Buddy Guy, "Honeyboy" Edwards, and "Big Jim" Johnson.

Newly signed to Black Hill Records, look for new music from him this spring, along with the highly anticipated release of his Epiphone signature model Les Paul, "Gold Glory."
