#NICARAGUA - Land of wild volcanoes | Cinematic Travel

Nicaragua was a very nice surprise. Absent from many travel guides, Nicaragua has been saved from mass tourism. Nicaragua is this thin line of land that divides the two oceans with all its strenght .Here is a summary of my 3 weeks in Nicaragua and the Top 10 things to do in Nicaragua :

- Granada, its colorful alleys, its churches and its colonial past, surely the most beautiful city in Central America (you can stay in this Boca en Boca hostel)
- Leon and the roof of his immaculate white cathedral
- Go skating along the Cerro Negro volcano, a single activity in the world
- Las Penitas, a small village 30 minutes from Leon, perfect for relaxing and surfing (you can stay at Mano à Mano hostel)
-Popoyo, a quiet place, one of the best known spots for surfing
- San Juan del Sur, the ideal place in Nicaragua to party, especially the sunday with the "Sunday Funday"
- Ometepe island with its two volcanoes. Please note that the ascent of the Concepcion volcano is very difficult.
- The active Massaya volcano and its lava crater
- Esteli with its canyon and the visit of a cigar production
