Ingredients:

For the filling:

A handful of coriander 🌿 & mint leaves 🌱 (chopped)

Salt 🧂 to taste

1 tsp chaat masala 🌶️

½ tsp black pepper 🌶️

½ tsp jeera powder (cumin) 🌱

1 tsp ginger garlic paste 🧄

1 tsp chili flakes 🌶️
For the rolls:

2 bread slices 🍞 per roll

Water 💧 (for sealing the bread)
For deep frying:

Oil 🛢️ for frying

Steps:

1. Prepare the filling:
Mix hung curd 🧑‍🍳 with grated carrot, bell peppers, green chilies, coriander, and mint leaves 🌱. Add salt, chaat masala, black pepper, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, and chili flakes. Stir well! 🥄
2. Prepare the bread:
Trim edges of bread slices 🍞. Roll them flat with a rolling pin 🥖.
3. Assemble the rolls:
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each bread slice. Roll them tightly around the filling! 🌯
4. Seal the rolls:
Brush water 💧 on the edges of the bread to seal the rolls tightly.
5. Deep fry:
Heat oil 🛢️ in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden and crispy! 🔥
6. Serve:
Once crispy, remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve your Dahi Ke Sholey hot with mint chutney or tamarind chutney for extra flavor! 🥒
