Three-Phase Power Circuits | Example #4: ∆-∆ (Delta-Delta) System
In this video, we will consider a balanced ∆-∆ (delta-delta) connected three-phase power circuit at steady-state condition. This is example 4. Balanced system means that all three phase voltages have the same amplitude and all three loads have the same impedance. The ∆-∆ connection means that the phase voltages are in ∆ (delta) configuration and the loads are in ∆ (delta) configuration.
As we did also in other videos, for steady-state analysis, we will use phasors, polar, and rectangular notations to carry out the calculations. We will calculate the load voltages, load currents, line currents, line voltages, and phase currents.
