Hey guys Welcome back to another video! I find that NACA doesn't really share with you in the beginning stages of the process what it means to be considered Priority and Non-Priority. In this video, I am sharing a little bit about my experience and just reassuring you that you will find a home if you are considered Non-Priority. I hope you enjoy the video. Below is the Geo Tract Census link to the website. The directions are below. This was provided from my Real Estate Agent when we were looking for a home.

1. Type the property address in the address bar and click search.
2. Click the gray box for Census Demographic Data.
3. The 6th box down in the grid tells the percentage of the median income.
4. Anything below 100 is a Priority Area. The third box down is the median income for the MSA. If the Tract Income level in the top box reads “low” or “moderate” it is a Priority Area.
5. If the address is not found, check the box on the left “user select tract” and place the dot where the house is on the map.
6. This may require the use of google maps and zoom in and out to find the place to drop the dot on the FFIEC map.
