One thing I forgot to mention on the "Keeping It Simple" episode was that your food has to be beautiful as well as being simple, otherwise you will die. Anyways, You could have for yourself a drinking game every time Mike says one of the following: "beautiful, simple, by keeping it simple, add butter for flavor, cook without a recipe, salt and pepper, hey, it's so simple to make, banged out, under the sun, etc. (I don't have time to list them all)" Not that you should, but you could.
