Star Defender 4 mission 5

There are many weapon and battle cruisers without fuel on the Mirkloth.The fuel depots situated on the Caven are seized by Insectus.I'll have to beat them,and get them back.

Oh,no...this is one of the hardest missions in this game,if not THE hardest mission.This is a minefield-type of a mission.Although,it might be even worse than that.Thankfully,the there ARE a few levels in this mission that don't have any mines.Now,this mission gives you the infector,homing laser and the machine gun.Now,although the infector was buffed so much(in Star Defender 3 it only had 3 ammo,in this game it has 10 and you can use it faster),it's NOT very good in this mission.I mean,this is a minefield mission.How is infector going to help?And there aren't even that many groups of enemies,which sucks,since infector is only good for groups of enemies.So,as soon as you get a chance,get a machine gun.It's a lot better.Or even a homing laser.At least they will help you against the boss and against most enemies.....
Now,as for the boss,it's not even that bad comparing to the actual mission.You shouldn't have too much trouble against it.Unless you use the infector against it,of course...
