VW Polo 2004 1.4 6N2 engine cam belt, alternator v-belt, hydraulic lifters replacement noisy tappets

I have a bad knock on this Polo and I thought that hydraulic lifters were the issue for noisy tappets but no changing those didn't solve the issue.
I hope the vid helps anyone that needs to tackle those but in my case it didn't solve my problem which seems to be more to do with the crankshaft bearings.
