Today's recipe is super soft and spongy Malai Cake. It's an Eggless & Without Oven version. And the fun part is today I'm making this Soft & Spongy cake in a frying pan. I hope you all like this Ras Malai Cake recipe.

INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup - plain yogurt
1/4 cup - oil
1/2 cup - powder sugar
3/4 cup - maida
1/2 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - baking soda
1/3 cup - milk/water

for quick and easy Malai :
1 cup - evaporated milk(thick milk)
1/2 cup - whipping cream
1 tblsp - sugar
1/4 tsp - cardamom powder (optional)
