It didn't turn out how I thought it would... LOT UPDATE!!!

While waiting on the much needed permit to move my house, I decided to go ahead and pour a small concrete slab for my water well tank to set on. I also poured a circle slab around the well itself so I don't have to worry about hitting the pipes that run to my tank with a lawn mower. All in all, they didn't turn out perfect but I think they will work!
