2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon white pepper

For the soaking liquid:
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil

For garnish:
Fried Garlic
Spring onions
Boiled egg
