"The White Ship" by H.P. Lovecraft, Read by Eldra Echo

Welcome back to the Dreamlands. If you liked this story, you'd probably like Clive Barker's "Abarat" series. I'm a fan of Clive Barker's works myself, and fun fact: he did a bunch of paintings for Netflix's adaptation of "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" which also has a full series based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

Howard Philips Lovecraft's "The White Ship" features a New Englander protagonist whose actions in the dream world may not necessarily impact the real world -- but the act of dreaming does have an impact. In this case, obviously, the protagonist's sleep led to the disaster we hear about at the end of the story.
