Released January 5 1969 as the b-side to "Proud Mary". This is an example of John Fogery writing "swamp rock", where he had never lived nor widely travelled in such an area. But it seems he knew the language: the "hoodoo" his old dog was chasing (at 1:03) is a reference to a ghost or a shadowlike apparition. Enjoy!
