Sophie Wessex Donned a Patterned Blue Tea Dress as She Trials the Gadgets at Charity Orbis UK
The Countess of Wessex joined blindness prevention charity Orbis UK to mark the launch of the See My Future Appeal today.

Looking stylish in a blue patterned dress which fell below her knees, Sophie, 54, could be seen testing out the virtual reality headset.

Until the 23rd of June, all public donations to the appeal will be doubled by the UK government and will help save the sight of thousands of children and adults around the world.

The royal is an avid sight-loss campaigner as Lady Louise Windsor, 15, her daughter with Prince Edward, was born with a severe squint that affected her vision.

Her appearance comes just hours after Gill Walker, 59, from Birmingham, revealed she is locked in a legal fight over a repair bill of several hundred pounds after her car was hit by a police driver chauffeuring who she believes was Sophie, back on November 13.
