My $400 Tbilisi, Georgia APARTMENT TOUR | Cost of Living in Tbilisi Georgia

Back in March 2021, we signed a 6 month lease on this apartment. It's located in Vera right next door to Rooms Hotel and within walking distance of Tbilisi Concert Hall and Vera Park.

We were able to negotiate them down from $600 to only $400! This is a brand new apartment --- we are the first ones to live in it and they are still working on the top floor units. We are on floor 8 of 10 and have an incredible view from our balcony that over looks both the city and has mountain views.
