See the Cusco family of rescued lions at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary

The ADI Wildlife Sanctuary is currently home to 25 lions, nearly all rescued from circuses in Peru and Colombia during our operations to enforce bans on animals in circuses. All of the animals you are seeing were rescued from tiny cages on the backs of trucks. Now they roam large natural enclosures. Our smallest lion habitats are 1 hectare (that's 2.5 acres or 108,000sq ft), our largest habitat is currently 3h (7.5 acres/323,000sq ft) so it is not possible to see all the animals in videos such as this.

ADI has rescued 21 lions and tigers from circuses in Guatemala enforcing the country’s circus ban. Right now we are building a huge 6ha/15 acre/650,000sqft Tiger Territory for 12 of the tigers. These animals endured hell on earth and now we can give them the life that was stolen from them. Can you help bring them here?
