Sherrod Brown TORCHES Republicans Over Child Tax Credits

Sam Seder and Emma Vigeland discuss the Child Tax Credits that were a part of the Covid relief package. The "credits" are "advance tax credits," which means that they are payments. They aren't means tested, other than being based broadly on income. Families are starting to receive monthly payments. Republicans are not happy about this. Sam Seder introduces a video of Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) on the Senate floor calling Republicans out for consistently voting for tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and vehemently opposing the money that is going to lower-income and middle-class families because of the Child Tax credits.
