A clip of my first test run with one of 2 Bluebird Cigar Box Guitars from my friend Rob Bluebird who's based in Bali. This one is a 6 String Cigar Box Guitar with the Vespa artwork on the front. It's equipped with a pretty transparent sounding low output single coil pickup which allows for a more articulate dynamic playing style. The guitar was plugged straight into the Hughes and Kettner Triamp and the sound captured with my iphone.

I've always been fascinated by guitars of different makes, constructions, configurations and materials noting how they each uniquely feel and sound and influence on the playing and listening experience. From my own experience, i've noticed that every instrument has it's own unique voice and soul and it's own songs. This was a vid clip documentation of my initial test run with 1 of 2 Cigar Box Guitars that were from my friend Rob Bluebird of Bluebird Guitars.
