是一個國際公共電視的年度盛會
相隔17年再度由台灣公共電視舉辦
聚集世界各國最具創意的節目與製作團隊來到台灣
觀摩從全球公共電視節目中精選出來的作品
並進行專業討論
促進國際同業間的互動交流。

我們很榮幸能參與這次影片的製作，
