Powerful Healing Meditation
We create such situation or event that we think again and again.
We know that "What We Think We Become"
So
there is a creative energy in our thoughts.

Such situations, such phenomena are created automatically in our lives that we think again and again.
So the first 5 minutes of the morning our subconcious mind is active.
What we think in first 5 minutes in the morning,
we create its effect and such situations, such events by our thoughts.

So waking up in the morning first we will be situated in our spiritual state.
Then will feel that I am a soul, as a light, in the midst of my forhead.

As soon as we are situated in our soul conscious state.
Smile from the heart and say Supreme father Good Morning

And will think first that I am the master almighty.

Supreme father says, souls who remain in the memory of the Master Almighty
They can make impossible tasks possible.

We have to remain in this feeling that I am Master Almighty. I am child of Supreme father.

Connected with this thought we will make a second thought that
I am successful.
I'm victorious
And set in memory the success format. we should visualise what do we want in our life What is the goal of our life
We have to visualise it.for eg if I want good job so I will visualise that I have got a very good Job

Like for eg. when we get angry then we should create a thought that I am a peaceful soul. I am very quite. Yes I do work by remaining in peace.
We have to visualise this event . We have to built a picture . I am a successful soul.
Connected with these two thoughts we will make a third thought and create feelings that I am very happy. I have a healthy body, I am completely free of any illness,. Powerful from mind and full of wealth.
We have to visualise this event.

I am completely happy.We will start getting its results in 7 days of experimentation.
We will do this practice as meditation. Let's start.

Similarly, we have to do this practice 10 minutes before going to sleep at night.

We can do this practice by commentary or we can also create thoughts in mind.
The thoughts that we make before going to sleep at night will have the effect in sleep throughout the night.

And soon after waking up, our mind will automatically concentrate in these thoughts.

As we continue to practice this practice regularly We will feel that yes I am creating these thoughts .and
I am getting success in every event of life.

By making this practice 21 days regular, this practice will become natural. And gradually we will see its amazing results.
