Is the FAA out to VIOLATE you?

After my crash, I learned a LOT about the FAA's efforts to change their violation reputation to create a more JUST CULTURE and ultimately increase aviation safety through the implementation of their Compliance Philosophy. We take a close look at this effort and compare it to the US Air Force's more mature just culture.
