2 arrested after police standoff at Sacramento home | Latest

Two people were arrested after a shooting and police standoff at a Sacramento home Monday, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Around 3:30 a.m., officers responded along Astoria Street for a shooting. Police say the two victims were driving a tow truck and attempting to repossess a vehicle when they were shot at but not injured.
