Shoplifter Caught Stealing & Lying About Prior Theft

CCTV security camera footage catches a shoplifter stealing nail clippers. Once confronted, he denies stealing and comes inside to watch the cameras before saying it was an accident. He then denies stealing from here before which we later found out was a lie. He stole an apple pie days ealier.
