this lovely annual Pastry Competition, that was held by Le Monde,
an Athenian major Institute of Hotel and Tourism and Stelios Parliaros,
who is the biggest figure in Greek Pastry scene.

The actual event is highly appreciated from ambitious young Chefs and ordinary individuals, from all over the Country. Greece.

There are 5 very important Prizes and that makes things a lot more stressful and demanding for the ones who enter, but of course the same process can be a very rewarding one, if you win it.
