I just spent 5 days on the factory floor. Here’s a "Cheat Sheet" I made to help you spot a high-quality wheelchair from a "cheap" one:

✅ The "Thump" Test: A 1.2mm frame (our standard) sounds solid; a 0.8mm frame (market standard) sounds hollow. That extra thickness is what keeps your clients safe.
✅ The Welding Joint: Look for Copper Brazing. It’s golden-hued and much stronger than standard MIG welding. It’s the "Gold Standard" for durability.
✅ The Spoke Count: Count them! 36 spokes (Our Standard) vs. 28 spokes. More spokes = fewer broken wheels and zero-wobble performance. 🎡
✅ Surface Tension: We use a 50-ton lathe for precision punching and fine-polish every frame. This ensures the Oxidation/Powder Coating sticks for years, not months. No peeling, no rust.
