Hi sparklingbaes! Today is all about the new Norvina Electric Cake Liners which are part of the NORVINA COLLECTION from Anastasia Beverly Hills. This Norvina collection definitely gets me very excited as it has a lot to do with color and im someone who absolutely love playing with color. These come in two different sets. These cake liners is a completely different liner where they are solid and dry which won't be drying out like typical GEL liners formulas. These liners are water activated and are super easy to use. In this video I give you a bit of information based on the packaging, quality, pigments, swatches and even a tutorial on how the neon liners work.
