Phase 4: carbon cost calculations explained

Moving in to Phase 4 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, we'll be targeting funding for the best-value applications we receive. So, to have the best chance at receiving funding, applicants will need to make sure their applications are as cost effective as possible. This will be measured by their grant carbon cost.

This short video, produced by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, has been designed to support you to identify which parts of your application will be grant funded so you can then optimise your grant carbon cost.
