Sharing our Creme Egg cheesecake recipe from 2019 again for anyone that needs some Easter weekend inspiration 🐣 Here are the ingredients:
400g digestive biscuits
150g butter
750g mascarpone
150g icing sugar
400ml whipping or double cream
Creme eggs (4-5 to put in with the mascarpone and a few to decorate the top with)
