Chinese Developer Sunac Misses First Bond Payment Deadline
Chinese developer Sunac China Holdings Ltd., which was once seen as one of the survivors of Beijing's sweeping clampdown on the embattled real estate sector, is now at a debt-payment crossroads. Sunac missed its first payment on a dollar bond since concerns about the firm's financial health emerged late last year. Rebecca Choong Wilkins reports on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia."
