4 Minute workout for beginner version 1🔥
👉🏻20 seconds On👉🏻10 seconds Rest👉🏻for just 4 minute!

Each exercise in a given Tabata workout last only four minute.
The structure of the program is as follows:

Workout hard for 20 seconds 👉🏻(20 seconds On)
Rest for 10 seconds 👉🏻(10 seconds Off)
Complete 8 rounds 👉🏻(4 minute)

You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. 8 rounds = 1 set. You'll complete 2-3 sets of 4 minute to get maximum result resting 1-2 minute in between sets. However this is specially made for the beginners and can easily try it at home only using the body weight.

1. Cross knee to elbow
2. Rotating toe touches
3. Running in place
4. Half squats
5. Plank
6. Jumping jacks
7. Squat thrusts (Burpee)
8. Goodmorning & low pull
