[TAS] Time Crisis II: Robert "Speed Demon" Baxter
A.K.A.: Richard Miller plays Time Crisis II
Similar to the other run, except for time instead of score - though I did go for bonuses where possible. With a grand total of 37 splices and more savestates than I can count, I ended up getting a time of 11'15"01, which I'm fairly sure you could beat with enough planning, something I don't have the patience for.
Played on PCSX2 at 10% speed (6 FPS!) over three hours and using the Nuvee PAD plugin for the lightgun emulation. Recorded using the built-in feature. I feel this one is more fun to watch than my run for score.
