In this video, I explore my feelings after finding out that my wife is pregnant and I am GOING TO BE A DAD!! (iA) A lot of emotions came up, especially FEAR and the sense of feeling trapped. Watch as I dive into my past and dig up some memories from growing up in an attempt to get to the root of these feelings!!

Amara has left me to my own devices and gone away with the family so it's just me this week! After the tests of our first pregnancy, I was surprised to feel the way I did second time round. I am a firm believer in exploring feelings and getting to the bottom of things.. after all, they exist for a reason!! 👀
