Terraria Lunatic Cultist Guide & Battle! (Boss Fight Arena, Drops, How to Spawn, Tips & Strategy)

Complete guide on the Lunatic Cultist in Terraria: how to defeat it, my own boss fight gameplay and everything else you need to know! Includes how to summon/spawn, arena, tips and strategy!

This boss always drops the Ancient Manipulator needed to craft items from Lunar Event materials (which begin after defeating it). There's also a 14.29% chance of getting the Ancient Cultist Mask, and a 10% chance of getting the trophy.

NOTE if the cultists are not spawning, be aware that this is PC only for now (since the 1.3 update), they won't spawn on other platforms such as IOS, Android, Xbox 360/One and PS4, although the update will be coming to those last two soon!
