MPP at Oxford: Vera Kichanova
Vera Kichanova (MPP 2016-2017) was inspired by the civil uprising in Russia, she ran for local office when she was 20 and won, these experiences inspired her to come to Oxford to study public policy and learn how to apply these new skills to real life.
