Qigong Chest Opener | Release Neck & Shoulder Tension, Improve Posture & Breathe Better Day 11
Most people think their neck is the problem.

This simple Qigong exercise helps restore what modern life slowly takes away.
Space.
As one arm reaches forward and the other opens behind you, the chest expands, the shoulders relax, and the cervical spine begins to lengthen.
The goal isn't to stretch harder.
The goal is to organize the body better.
Feel your feet.
Drop the tailbone.
Lengthen through the crown of your head.
Let the breath expand your rib cage.
Move slowly enough to notice what's actually happening.
